Welcome to The Stallion Club (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our workshop, services, website, or communicating with us in any form, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not avail our services.
1. Scope of Services
The Stallion Club provides custom car modification, repair, detailing, restoration, tuning, and related automotive services. All services are provided strictly as agreed upon in writing (quotation, invoice, or work order).
Any verbal discussions or informal suggestions are non-binding.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All cost estimates are approximate, unless explicitly stated as fixed in writing.
- Final billing may vary due to unforeseen mechanical, electrical, or structural issues discovered during work.
- Additional work will be communicated; however, urgent safety-related repairs may be carried out without prior approval.
3. Advance Payments & Billing
- An advance payment may be required before commencement of work.
- Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.
- Any delay in payment beyond the agreed timeline may attract storage or holding charges.
4. Vehicle Custody & Risk
- While reasonable care is taken, The Stallion Club is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, natural calamities, vandalism, or accidental damage beyond our control.
- Vehicles left beyond 7 days after job completion may incur parking/storage fees.
- Vehicles abandoned for extended periods may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Custom Modifications Disclaimer
- Custom modifications may affect manufacturer warranty, resale value, insurance coverage, and road legality.
- The Stallion Club is not responsible for consequences arising from such changes.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local motor vehicle laws and RTO regulations.
6. No Warranty on Third-Party Parts
- Parts supplied by third-party vendors carry only the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
- We are not liable for defects, failures, or delays caused by third-party components.
7. Customer-Supplied Parts
- Parts provided by customers are installed at the customer’s sole risk.
- No warranty, guarantee, or responsibility is assumed for compatibility or performance issues.
8. Delays & Timelines
- Completion timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
- Delays due to parts availability, technical complications, or force majeure events will not result in compensation or refunds.
9. Test Drives & Vehicle Usage
- Test drives may be conducted strictly for diagnostic or quality purposes.
- Mileage accumulation during testing is considered normal and accepted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Stallion Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, custom builds, branding, and media created by The Stallion Club remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Media & Promotion
We reserve the right to photograph or record vehicles for documentation, marketing, or social media purposes unless the customer explicitly objects in writing.
13. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion in cases of:
- Abusive behavior
- Non-payment
- Unsafe or illegal modification requests
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the Company’s operating city.
15. Amendments
The Stallion Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply immediately upon publication.
